Phil specialises in consulting and management development in the fields of strategic management, operations management and leadership. He has worked with many leading organisations including the BBC, BUPA, HSBC and The Rover Group.

He has also taught all over the world and is a programme leader at Ashridge Business School. Through his work, Phil has gained a wealth of knowledge on operations and service management best practice in a range of sectors.

Alastair Eadie

Alastair is a former partner of Accenture with over 10 years consulting experience gained in service based businesses typically with those requiring significant improvement in service and financial performance.  He has functional breadth through his work in finance, IT, procurement/sourcing, operations and sales/marketing areas.

Alastair's core expertise is in cost management; advising businesses how to improve efficiency in their cost based and ensure alignment to strategic and service level objectives.

Jon Gourlay

Jon completed his ACA at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the technology and communications industry sector.  He worked on both audit and advisory engagements.

He has over 4 years post-qualification experience with clients such as Lloyds TSB, Societe Generale, Central European Media Enterprises and Betfair with a focus on change projects, control implementation, process improvement and compliance.
