She qualified with PricewaterhouseCoopers and subsequently held senior operational finance roles in a number of sectors. Judith is particularly experienced in dealing with the challenges of start up and rapid growth situations.
Judith is also the author of a number of highly regarded journals published by the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Peter has over 20 years of sales management experience. In a varied career, he graduated from the FMCG sales school, selling Hellmans Mayonnaise and Foster's Lager.
10 years in the media industry developed Peter's passion for leading and developing successful sales teams. These teams helped launch a national newspaper in the U.K. and reinvigorate cinema advertising in South Africa. The last 10 years have been as a sales and commercial director at Experian, leading teams creating and selling marketing services across a number of sectors including financial services, telecoms, media and home shopping.
Peter has extensive experience of sales planning, organisation and execution and has also designed and implemented sales culture change programmes.
Richard is a finance-trained marketing strategist specialising in consumer targeting, customer value management and digital marketing. He has a proven track record of successful change programmes within blue chip organisations.
With over 10 years experience in Industry and 6 years in professional services, Richard's multi-discipline background makes him exceptional at diagnosing issues, developing the right strategies to overcome them and driving these forward pragmatically to ensure achievement of the desired result.
