Gail Sulkes specialises in organisation development, executive coaching and employee engagement. She has over 20 years experience in strategic and operational HR as well as working on a number of change initiatives. She held the role of Global Head of Organisation Development for Reuters helping their senior leadership team to simplify the organisation, increase its effectiveness and build the capabilities needed to drive growth and fully engage staff. She has extensive experience in the areas of talent management, culture change, HR strategy, diversity and change management.
Gail started her career in the US where she worked for Reuters, Weyerhaeuser Corporation and the US Department of Military Affairs. She also has experience with advisory and coaching work in the non-profit and cultural sectors. Gail holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science and a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Labour Relations.
