David Charles

David qualified as a chartered accountant with PwC, working in transaction support and restructuring services post qualification. He has over 15 years of City experience including time spent on acquisitions, disposals, flotations and fundraisings for the M&A department at Hambros / SG investment bank.

More recently he has specialised in advising management teams on MBO/MBI fundraisings, capital restructuring and refinancing. Strengths include negotiation and critical evaluation through to ‘top notch’ financial modelling.
