Steve Arthers

Steve Arthers is an experienced business executive and change leader. He has over 20 years international business experience in the financial services industry and specialises in performance improvement of customer-facing business models, in workflow re-design and pragmatic technology deployment.  Steve has a strong track record in the design and delivery of transformational change and is highly successful in getting business owners and front-line staff to play their full role in IT-enabled change programmes. Prior to becoming a consultant and coach Steve headed the Direct Sales and later, the Global Service operations at Reuters.  Steve holds a PhD in Chemistry, the ICMA International Capital Markets Certification and is fluent in French.
