How we do it

A lot depends on the number and nature of challenges facing the business and the amount of resource that the business itself has available.  Therefore the range of support that can be provided by Everymind can vary as follows:

• The provision of full-time interim services from our team of highly qualified and highly experienced finance professionals – and not exclusively at the interim CFO level as we are also able to provide finance controllers and other specialists as the situation demands.

• Working as a project team alongside the CFO and the current team.  Project work could include, for example, re-designing the management information, assistance with the planning cycle, or working on cutting time from the monthly close to report more quickly.

• If the specific changes required have already been mapped out we are also able to work alongside the existing team to provide hands-on coaching to make sure that the required changes are pushed through quickly.  Such support is useful when the CFO’s time is scarce and the rest of the team lacks the experience and confidence to work through the required changes in isolation.
